scenic halton hills equestrian centre | burlington horse photography

I was really hoping to get back to my once-a-week blogging schedule, but things on the home front are still a bit chaotic. We are officially moved … that’s the good news! Settling in, however, will take some time and our new house has work that needs doing. My son also starts a new daycare shortly, which is stressful (probably more for me than him!). Although sessions and consultations having been happening as normal, other business tasks like blogging have taken a back seat. Hopefully it will be back to normal next week. In the meantime, here is one shot from the location of my recent burlington horse photography session. This was my first official equine photography gig (so thrilled about that!), and although I was a little nervous, it went really well. The setting was a gorgeous Halton Hills equestrian centre, nestled in the pretty rolling countryside outside of Burlington, Ont. When I pulled into the parking area, I just knew the backdrop for this session would be perfect. I could shoot here regularly and never run out of variety and beauty.
