Audrey & Jimi | Autumn pet photography in Ontario
I’ll admit it – when I heard Audrey and Jimi were bulldogs, I assumed they were English bulldogs. I’m not sure why – it’s the image that pops into my head when I think of that breed. So, I was surprised and delighted to find out they were a little bit different, and I learned a ton about all the different kinds of bulldogs out there. Audrey, 3, is an alapaha blue blood bulldog, and Jimi, 2, is a gargoyle bulldog (I can see the resemblance!).
We met on a perfect September day for our autumn pet photography session in Burlington, Ont. Ontario is renowned for the vibrant fall colours that October brings, but I personally think that September is even more beautiful – the light is warm, the rusty yellow and purple colours are so pretty, and the skies are so blue.
These two have the best faces!
See the gargoyle?
These two have such different and wonderful personalities – Audrey is sweet and calm, while Jimi is a high-energy ham – which made it so fun to have them in front of my camera. Thanks for kicking off my fall season with some hilarity and hijinks you two!
Wags,
