It’s been a while since I’ve added a new item to the Happy Tails product menu, and I’m super excited about this one: introducing storyboards! I love displaying one large image as a piece of art, but so often clients have trouble choosing just one (I take that as a huge compliment!). This is a great solution. A storyboard is custom designed to showcase a selection of images from your session. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and are available as a mounted print or ready-to-hang canvas.

Here is a 10×20 storyboard of cute-as-a-button cockapoo Tessa – how could you possibly choose just one image from this session?

This one is a colourful 16×24 with custom text added — each design can be created to suit your tastes. Storyboard prints are mounted on styrene to prevent warping and can be leaned on a shelf for an easy, casual look, or framed for the wall.Custom designed 16x24 pet portrait collage with text.

And for those of you in small spaces, here’s a great option: a long and skinny 5×30 that displays five landscape images horizontally, as shown here, or vertically. This design would look great in anyone’s home as a unique and gorgeous canvas.

When considering a storyboard, I have a few tips. First, think about how and where you want to display it. Then consider the shape (ie. square, rectangle), and finally, think about the finish. When going through these steps, keep in mind your decor and your individual taste (ie. modern, casual, traditional, etc.). Pet photography storyboards are available in a multitude of sizes, and I will work with you to choose and appropriate number of images and create the layout. You will end up with a totally custom, personalized and gorgeous piece of art for your home that is guaranteed to make you smile.
